To this end, in IMASD we have a comprehensive service system that accompanies all the processes of the company from the first contact stage of the customer with the machine to the after-sales service.
Test the effectiveness of our machines even before purchasing them: our advanced test allows our customers to test the efficiency of our machines even before purchasing them. By simulating the integration of Clevline in your production process, you can analyze production metrics and high reliability time. We also offer you the possibility of carrying out manufacturing tests with your own materials together with our technical department. In this way the customer makes the purchasing decision knowing in advance the quality of our machines and the technical team that makes up Clevline.
Imasd offers complete training of our Clevline machines to the production and maintenance department of our clients. The training is taught at two levels: user and expert level, which allows our clients to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Clevline has a comprehensive technical assistance system that provides an agile response from our team, and that includes, in some cases, the transfer of a technician to the client’s facilities.

If the client wishes, we offer a remote check service of our ClevLine machines that allows assistance, to know the status of each of them and detect possible problems.
The ClevLine machines are marketed with all their parts fully referenced, which facilitates traceability and expedites the acquisition of spare parts. In addition, IMASD offers a spare parts sales service.
